Learntit 1-to-1 tuition is designed to adapt around the student; their current level, their weak areas, their targets, and the pace they need in order to make real progress.
Science 1-to-1 lessons are built to strengthen understanding properly, close content gaps, and help students feel far more secure across the subject as a whole.
Lessons can focus on weak topics, current school content, or longer-term improvement
Support can be adapted for students who need confidence, clarity, or stronger retention
Suitable for students aiming to improve steadily or push towards top grades
Maths 1-to-1 lessons are designed to build secure foundations, improve problem solving, and help students move from confusion to confidence in a structured and focused way.
Lessons can target specific gaps, core foundations, or higher-level performance goals
Support is tailored to the student’s pace so concepts are understood properly, not rushed
Suitable for both students catching up and students aiming for the highest grades
Start With a Trial
We offer paid trial lessons for students who want to experience the teaching properly before moving into regular monthly tuition. This gives parents and students a low-pressure way to assess fit, teaching style, and the value of the support before committing longer term.
Trial lessons are charged at the normal hourly rate, with no free trial and no monthly commitment required at this stage.
The lesson allows the student to experience the teaching style, level, and structure in a real session rather than a sales call.
If the student and parent are happy, regular monthly tuition can then be arranged. If not, there is no further obligation.
If the lesson is a strong fit, we move the student into regular monthly 1-to-1 tuition at the appropriate level and lesson frequency.
Ongoing tuition is billed monthly and built around consistent weekly lessons, allowing progress to be measured properly over time.
Students booking more than one lesson per week qualify for a reduced rate of £5 off per hour.
Our 1-to-1 tuition is billed monthly and built around consistent weekly lessons. Trial lessons are available at the same hourly rate, with no ongoing commitment until you are ready to continue.

Get in touch and tell us about the student’s year group, subject, current level, and what kind of support you are looking for.
We look at the student’s goals and decide the best route forward, including lesson focus, level, and whether 1-to-1 is the right fit.
The student begins with a paid trial lesson at the normal hourly rate, allowing both parent and student to experience the tuition properly first.
If the trial is a strong fit, regular weekly lessons can then be arranged on a monthly basis with a consistent structure moving forward.
